First I said: “Yes – come to me for tea and I’ll read a bit of my book to you and I’ll enjoy a ride on the scooter.”

Then I was invited to go by snow-scooter and spend the whole evening and night with friends. And I dared to say: “No.”

After a short liberating ride on the snow-scooter I walked back and achieved the following of my goals for the day:

Got a 25 min walk
Saw my parents and got info for my book (1 h)
Shovelled snow – so it didn’t get stuck (1 h)
Revised my book (2,5 h)
Read my book to friends  (1,5 h)

What a fabulous day – I got it all! The combination of “yes” and “no” was just right. The power of now. The power of choice. I’m really happy.
