Since 1999 Karin has coached and participated in over 120 days of training in personal development and coaching in both Brussels and Skellefteå. Rawden Consulting uses tools and processes from dozens of disciplines / philosophies and activities implemented in various different activities that have helped numerous people create what they want in their lives, relationships, workplaces and organizations.

Through coaching both formal and informal leaders at various levels, workplaces, industries and countries since 1999, Karin has accumulated a solid experience in helping others cope with human dilemmas and find new ways of dealing with seemingly hopeless situations and big scary / inspiring visions for the future.

Karin has undergone a variety of challenges, so-called crises of life.  Now she feels calm and trusts her ability to handle the new crises in her life and to help others deal with theirs. There are always solutions. Often it is important to highlight problems and see them from a new, higher perspective and release some beliefs that prevent you from seeing what you need to see. When there is less of burden to carry, there is room for more of what you really want in their life. In addition you also automatically get more power to focus on creating it.

Karin thinks that in the future she will not need to have so many crises. Nowadays she is carefully focusing on what she wants in her life. Also she prevents crises by working through her own blockages. She wants to be permanently present in her life, choose to do what she is currently doing, feel job satisfaction and share this with others. With Rawden Consulting she aims to be part of creating a positive growth spiral for individuals in the workplace, and for business and entrepreneurship and the region at large.
